Improved and sustained quality of life that is responsive to the needs, welfare, and well-being of every Agusanon, especially the marginalized, disadvantaged groups and individuals in crisis, especially Lumads and upland areas; with strong and committed leadership that exercises good governance; and strong and committed leadership that exercises good governance; and strongly protects and cares for the environment;

A strong sustained and inclusive economy that increases productivity, job opportunities; improves local incomes; and expands access to basic services, and sustainably manages natural resources.

Enactment of quality local legislation

MANDATE:

(SPO) Legislate significant and quality measures toward attaining self-sufficiency and economic sustainability

(OSS) Provides the technical and administrative support services to the entire Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan Board Members of Agusan del Sur are dedicated public servants responsible for legislative duties and policy-making in their respective districts.

In District 1, the Board Members include Cesar M. Alonde, Gina A. Ceballos, Jesryl E. Masendo, Nilo D. Manpatilan, and Edgar O. Ga. They bring their diverse backgrounds and expertise to address the needs and concerns of their constituents in the district.

Representing District 2, the Board Members are Edwin G. Elorde, Joseph D. Plaza, Allan D. Lim, Pamela D. Yucosing, and Avalota A. Cejas. They work diligently to advocate for the interests of the people in their district and contribute to the overall development and progress of Agusan del Sur.
